• Maintain FBN computers, peripherals, and network devices, and report anyissues.
• Provide support for hardware malfunctions or connectivity problems,ensuring minimal delays.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems related to access, onlineconnection, file storage, and application functionality.
• Monitor staff internet usage and report any abuses or excessive usage tomanagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when thresholds are low.
