With more than 13 years of strong working experience in the field of agricultural value chains and market systems development, sustainable livelihood development, M4P, environmental & climate change, and private/public sector engagement. He was responsible for leading the MSD portfolio in CARE Bangladesh and providing strategic guideline to relevant projects in VCD and MSD. As Coordinator- Agriculture & Value Chain he was responsible for ensuring management & implementation of several projects of CARE Bangladesh under the Extreme Rural Poverty Program portfolio. He has proven experience in theories of systemic approach to impact reporting, inclusive market-based solutions for value chain actors, M4P program design and strategy formulation; and leading large-scale project implementation. He has for supervised three (SDVC, Pathways-II & Krishi Utsho) donor funded projects, leading on achieving targets and maintain communication with the donors.
