Product Support Engineer
Current- Responsible for handling network product problems such as Routers, Switches, Extenders/Repeaters, CP, Accesspoints, 4G Routers, Single and Dual Band Routers, helping to handle problems and analyze existing problems and.
- Handle Customer Service for router repair and replacement in accordance with SOPs
- Test the eligibility of the device and observe on Router, Switch, Access Point, Extender,CP
- Documentation of any damage and repairs carried out for further data collection.
- Test the settings on the router in the form of testing DHCP, Static, PPPOE, PPTP, L2TP
- Perform service and problem solving through Offline and Online by case Customer,Dealer/Distributor
