Duties & Responsibilities which include:• Review Project contract in terms of scope, obligations to client, Schedules, possible areas of concerns, action plans, prepare agenda for Kick off meeting with client and collect relevant information from various disciplines.• Finalize list of deliverables as per contract after discussing them with various departments which is then submitted to client for review and approval.• Define assembly and Fabrication process in production.• Drive process improvements to enhance quality, safety, customer satisfaction, production standards, and cost efficiencies.• Investigate and identify new technology requirements for on-going improvements, including automation improvements, machine upgrades, and other technical improvements.• Implement innovations, improvements, and cost reduction in projects. - Provide technical and engineering support to production and other plant functions.• Assist in development of project budgets, schedules, and timetables. - Help with reduction of defects, output improvements and efficiency improvements.• Collect data and provide reports on projects and schedules. Communicate activities to Manager, other Engineers and Executives.• Coordinating with Senior Engineers for continuously upgrading quality standards of industries.• Creation of Job reports on issues which may arise and co-ordinate personnel responsible to solve issue.• Co- ordination with engineering department for any queries, co-ordination with material department for any shortage in material, coordinating with QC department regarding inspection.• Attends regular meetings with clients and End users.• Supervise work done by suppliers and ensured that it was in accordance to company's standards.• Confirm safety aspects of processes.• Reporting to Head of projects.

• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings.• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.• Submits site weekly progress reports as per our site requirement.• Work will carried out as per Drawing , Project Specification and Coordinate with other Engineers like [ civil , Electrical engineers etc. ] for more accuracy in work .• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.• Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment’s installation activities as per standards of quality norms and HSE regulations.• Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site.

Duties and Responsibilities:Project management support including scheduling, budgeting, and deliverable trackingInterfacing with customers, equipment suppliers, TCCA/FAA/EASA/GCAA and subcontractors as per the project requirementsFamiliarity with both avionics and structural installations related to ADS-B Transponder systems including:Understanding of aircraft design and certification principles.Understanding of aircraft and industry standard practices – AMM Chapter 20, SWPM, AC43.13, etc.Able to search and interpret aircraft manuals such as AMM, SRM, IPC, WDM, ELA, AFM and W&B.Experience with scheduling, customer liaison, technical writing and design drafting.Effectively communicate with on-site installation team during modificationManage Engineering design changes during installationParticipate in and witness Flight/Ground/EMI testingPrepare compliance reports and records from modification and conceptualization to final approval in areas such as:airworthiness approval documentationdesign models and engineering drawingsground and flight test plans, analysis, and reportsinstructions for continued airworthinessflight manual supplements and service bulletinsairworthiness compliance and engineering analysis reports in area of avionicsOther duties as assigned
