AREA OF RESPONSIBILITYConduct Pre-screening/audits & Provide expert counsel, conduct focussed trainings, and share knowledge/experiences with the key supplier factories & community initiatives of BESTSELLER To work with key supplier factories (especially those that fall in the ‘Very Important’ & ‘Important’ categories) on employee capacity building, waste-reduction Social labour and productivity enhancement related initiatives.Assignments− Responsible for new factory onboarding onsite verification to ensure that the new factory comply with BESTSELLER minimum standard in social compliance area;− Coordinate with audit program and Global master data at head quaters team when ever required− Conduct investigation visit when ever required, regular factory follow-up visit to monitor and remediate all code compliance issues within BESTSELLER supply-base;− Consultation to the supplier/factory relate to supplier code of conduct and legal requirement.− Responsible for maintaining Compliance management information System and update the date atleast bi-monthly.− Report regional social labour issues to CSM on priority− Responsible to validate the third party audit findings and highlighting the critical deviationand report quality to the regional CS Manager− Provide remediation advice to the vendors and responsible for Community and Health projects− Closely Work with sourcing team members and BESTSELLER to thoroughly map our existing sub-contractor base & informal supply-chains;− Be aware of relevant law updates and industry trends to contribute to building BESTSELLER sustainability strategy;− Report any un-ethical behaviors immediately at all times.

Responsible for handling of end to end customized audit programs like SLCP, SMETA, Pernord Ricard, Miniso, Blundstone, NTUC, Maxim, Zuellig Pharma.Responsible for processing ESEP and Nike Bids and getting quotation from Country office and report submission in Summera’s portal.Scheduling of customized audit in Co-ordination with country offices, client, Supplier, and audit planner.Responsible for identifying the countries where there is a shortage of resources to perform audits and then getting them qualified.Responsible to maintain monthly revenue and total mandays delivered report, data compiling and sending the data to top management for their review.Responsible for final report review of SLCP and SCAN audits. Co-ordinate with auditor and getting the report corrected from them before final submission in portal. Responsible for setting up calibration meeting and delivering training to all SLCP qualified Auditors and Country heads about any new updates in SCLP program.Responsible to perform Shadow Audit/Observation of SLCP Program.Responsible for tracking and monitoring of all customized Audit program to ensure TATs / KPIs are met.If TATs / KPIs are not met for any program, I raise Corrective Action Plan (CAR) and setup a call with Country representatives to understand the challenges.Responsible for handling end to end APSCA related task as an BSI admin. Tasks includes like new auditor’s registration, maintaining of APSCA auditors status data, Sharing of auditor’s APSCA status with countries time to time, handling all sorts of auditor’s queries and issues, Sending exam request sheet to APSCA to get exam invoices for the auditors. Responsible for submission of quarterly APSCA report, Annual ethics report, delinking of employees from APSCA database who leaves the organization.Responsible to understand market opportunities, future trends, and provide inputs to strategy for various customized audit programs I am responsible as Program manager.

Preparing CAP for different buyers.To conduct all units’ internal audits, preparation of reports and follow ups. Perform all buyers onboarding.Add new supplier in P.O.L and co-ordinate with them.Following with on shore partners to get the factories and their process are approved.To conduct subcontracting factory’s internal audit.Regular follow up with subcontractors to get the audit issues resolved.Preparing of audit CAP of subcontracting units conducted by buyers.Preparing Company policy.Pre-audit of all units before actual audit takes place.Prepare all required documents as per audit requirement.Look after the social and C-TPAT compliance of all units.Preparation of agreements of all units with transporters, forwarders, hospital, waste management, canteen etc.Coordinate first aid training among all units. Completion of Higg index of all units. Completion of SLCP of all units.Completion of ZDHC test of all units. Coordination with Buyers for all their daily requirements.Organize POSH training programs for the workers.Filling of audit request forms of all units and send to buyers.Provide compliance training to the concern staff as and when needed.Supervise health, environmental & safety job issues.Supervise if all license, permit and NOC's are updated and properly filled.Supervise all files, documents are regularly & properly updated.To ensure that firefighting drills are regularly arranged, fire equipment are available in sufficient numbers & fire exits are clearly marked.Doing investigation regarding different issues.Preparing workers’ domestic enquiry letter and different types of notices.
