CurrentAREA OF RESPONSIBILITYConduct Pre-screening/audits & Provide expert counsel, conduct focussed trainings, and share knowledge/experiences with the key supplier factories & community initiatives of BESTSELLER To work with key supplier factories (especially those that fall in the ‘Very Important’ & ‘Important’ categories) on employee capacity building, waste-reduction Social labour and productivity enhancement related initiatives.Assignments− Responsible for new factory onboarding onsite verification to ensure that the new factory comply with BESTSELLER minimum standard in social compliance area;− Coordinate with audit program and Global master data at head quaters team when ever required− Conduct investigation visit when ever required, regular factory follow-up visit to monitor and remediate all code compliance issues within BESTSELLER supply-base;− Consultation to the supplier/factory relate to supplier code of conduct and legal requirement.− Responsible for maintaining Compliance management information System and update the date atleast bi-monthly.− Report regional social labour issues to CSM on priority− Responsible to validate the third party audit findings and highlighting the critical deviationand report quality to the regional CS Manager− Provide remediation advice to the vendors and responsible for Community and Health projects− Closely Work with sourcing team members and BESTSELLER to thoroughly map our existing sub-contractor base & informal supply-chains;− Be aware of relevant law updates and industry trends to contribute to building BESTSELLER sustainability strategy;− Report any un-ethical behaviors immediately at all times.
