 Computation & Maintaining of payroll of individual employee and Tax computation on Salaries, Maintaining / Approval for Monthly Financial Planning of Fund Management, Preparation of (MIS) and other monthly report to Management, Bank Reconciliation, Releasing payment for Creditors and Following payment from Debtors, Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors,  Determination of monthly VAT liabilities, and TDS and PF and Professional Tax, Month end closure P&L and GL analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting Co-ordinate with auditor for internal & external audit.  Handling Conference call and E-mail query.

• Preparation of monthly service billing,• Employee (claims) expense reimbursement and advance tracking,• Arranging the forex for employee foreign travels,• Petty cash handling,• Weekly corporate reporting for AR,• Preparing debit note and credit note, • Misc transactions in Baan with proper document and review the miscellaneous transactions,• Maintaining Standard cost in Baan and rollup for BOM ,• Conducting cycle count from finance team and Reconcile of physical & system inventory,• Preparation of Monthly VAT returns,• PPV Analysis,• Month end closure GL analysis,• Miscellaneous expense analysis,• Budgeting, forecasting and Finance month end activities,• Co-ordinate with auditor for internal & external audit and MIS reporting.

• Inventory quantitative reconciliation,• Maintaining Standard cost in oracle as per PO,• Analyzing the raw-material and Finished good,• Cost roll-up for Sub-assembly and Finished goods,• Analysis of BOM and WIP Analysis,• Analysis of OPEX, (Operating Expenses)• Movement of commodity prices & impact on input costs,• Volume price variance YTD,• PPV Analysis,• Consumption Reporting,• AOC Reporting,• To review the miscellaneous transactions,• Cost Centers Analysis & accounting by Cost Code,• Transfer price update for shipment,• Analysis of component costs movement,• Preparing of MIS Reports.
