The national parliament of Ireland. In this role I performed research, focusing on the public and a wide range of organisations to identify topics to be brought up in the Senate. Liaised with public representatives and their staff in order to coordinate on policy and organise briefings and meetings. Wrote press releases and created video content. Supported relationships with nominating bodies. Scheduled speaking slots in the Senate and ensured briefing notes were available. Managed representations on behalf of the public, public representatives and organisations, recording all interactions on IBM CRM software. General office duties: answering telephone calls, responding to mail, arranging leaflet distribution and writing newsletters.
