I worked as a member of Cineworld's cinema staff where I utilised my retail skills and consistently completed my tasks efficiently. While working here I: Operated tills, completed many tasks under pressure during busy peak times , served customers, handled food, followed safety guidelines, cleaned equipment, cleaned screens, operated Z screens, supervised audiences during 4D films, communicated with customers, delivered safety speeches to an audience, followed a strict timetable, communicated well with my co-workers and supervisors.

I worked as a retail sales assistant through the majority of my final year of college. I developed excellent customer service skills and demonstrated time management skills in my ability to manage a busy workload.My roles were as follows:•Operated an EPOS till and delivered professional customer service.•Dealt with customer complaints and conveyed them to management. •Solved any issues with incorrect labels or barcodes and discussed solutions or alternatives with management regarding these issues, such as possible price reductions for damaged goods.•Worked on the shop floor in different areas such as the ladieswear, childrenswear, menswear and footwear departments. •Tidied my sections and organised clothing and footwear items into their correct order according to style and size.•Sorted new stock into their correct places and unpackaged them from the delivery bins. •Helped customers wherever possible and did my best to maintain safety protocol. I kept walkways clear for wheelchair accessibility and placed items onto any protruding rails so that they would be visible to customers and they would avoid collision or injury.
