I am an ambitious, career-oriented and hard-working professional with a drive to achieve the set career goals with perseverance and self-motivation.I have been associated with the field of academia for the past 9 years, working in different capacities and with different renowned companies in the industry. Currently I am working with Beaconhouse as a Assistant Manager School Evaluation, providing Beaconhouse schools with assistance in School improvement and educational quality assurance.I have worked as a School Coordinator and an Instructional Coach for Middleschool and O Level at Beaconhouse Defence Campus. Being part of the Senior leadership, I was able to manage the student body and teaching staff along-with effectively performing professional development and capacity building responsibilities using shared leadership and collaborative learning.Moreover, working as a Coordinator, Master Trainer and School evaluator has enabled me to master my critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills. My aforementioned job roles have allowed me to make informed decisions and take prompt actions based on the situations at hand. Furthermore, being detail-oriented has further furnished my ability to conduct a root-cause analysis and gain deep insights into different schools’ operations and extract their areas of improvement in different quality aspects.Working as a Co-Author for developing a series of books on morals and ethics, and its other resources with Punjab Group of Colleges, and as a Teacher trainer and resource developer for the same company for the capacity building of teachers from different school systems of the organisation furnished my writing and communication skills. Furthermore, being a well-being coordinator, being part of senior leadership in Beaconhouse, and in the school evaluation department further enabled me to master these skills.Lastly, having a research degree and being a Finance major allowed me to be proficient in conducting different qualitative and quantitative analysis of data collected, and derive different patterns and trends to make informed decisions. Furthermore, these skills effectively facilitated me in my roles as a School Coordinator and now a School Evaluator to gain insights into a school’s performance.
