Currentengage with, and deliver interventions to, families who have been referred to the Family Intervention Project in order to challenge and address anti-social behaviour, poor parenting, child abuse, effects of deprivation, worklessness, accommodation issues and substance misuse. Positive behavioural change, resulting in successful outcomes for both the families and the communities in which they live will be sought. Manage a caseload of families whose members are involved in anti-social, or offending, behaviour. To draw up, and ensure delivery of, family contracts based on full and thorough assessments. involve all relevant partner agencies, including schools, other Local Authority services, the police, third sector agencies, appropriate family members and significant others.be delivered in good time and in line with local and/or national targets.involve frequent contact with the family at the initial stages, reducing as necessary over time.To ensure that families are made fully aware, at an early stage of engagement, of the possible sanctions available in the event of non-compliance with the contract, to provide the necessary information and support to enforcement agencies should such sanctions be instigated and to take the necessary steps to enforce these sanctions.To ensure that all necessary risk assessments are completed in good time.To ensure attendance, and speak on behalf of the Family Intervention Project, at relevant team meetings, panel meetings, court hearings, case conferences, strategy meetings, local community forums, inter-agency planning meetings and other professionals’ meeting when required. up-to-date case-files are maintained with recorded, To prepare and present reports of a high standard and in good time when required.To work collaboratively, and share relevant information appropriately, with partner agencies in line with data protection principles, whilst adhering to principles of confidentiality.To support and supervise staff.
