- Analyzing and reviewing team members. - Managing a team.- Collaborating with the management team to ensure that best quality assurance and annotation standards are revised and updated where need be.- Ensure real-time tracking of Project Charter.- Identifying project-specific challenges and communicating them with the Delivery Lead and Project Management team accordingly.- Preparing the Quality Assurance process as per the project requirements.- Performing ad-hoc daily tasks when necessary. Tasks include annotations, training, onboarding new annotators, maintaining daily progress reports, etc.
