This international academic approach is highly effective in training young minds on 'How to think?'- Established a self-sustainable STEM lab in an all-girls school, benefiting 3,000 girls annually for 4 years, with a total of 12,000 girls impacted- Led a team of girls to win the First Runner-up position in the National Virtual Science Fair, with a project on Arduino-based traffic light automation- Contributed to the development of STEM education in underserved communities since 2018- Recognized expert in STEM education, program management, and community development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative STEM programs experience since June 2018- Developed an integrated STEM curriculum aligned with NGSS for primary to higher secondary grades, including over 100 learning modules

TechWomen is an international exchange program that directly supports the US foreign policy goal of advancing women worldwide and promoting development in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields to enable women to reach their full potential. TechWomen, managed by IIE (Institute of International Education), is an intensive professional and cultural exchange program offered by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), spanning five weeks of mentorship with partnerships of leading tech companies in Silicon Valley, USA.Approximately 5000 women around the world apply for this mentorship program.
