~ Manage the entire software development life cycle (concept, design, development, test, release, and support). ~ Align with clients’ strategies, objectives, scope of work, roadmap, budgets and communicate changes/directions with internal team.~ Provide technical, administrative and operational support on assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management. ~ Develop detailed plan to track progress of the projects as well as prepare, review, monitor project scope, proposal, and agreements.~ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. ~ Prepare and update project wise reports. ~ Perform risk management on assigned projects which includes risk identification & prioritization based on exposure value; setting mitigation, contingency action and escalation depending on threshold value. ~ Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.

~ Lead large scale commercial projects for various clients as Project Manager. ~ Align business objective with process performance objective, create effective measurement system based on historical data of projects, analyze data for continual improvement of the QMS, design management system of project and operation, predict risk through process performance models using Monte Carlo Simulation analysis, and implement process control using process improvement model CMMI Level 5 and Six Sigma based process definition, facilitation and institutionalization. ~ Participate in annual company strategy development session and drive the consolidation of strategy documents by different SBUs. ~ Business analysis for projects like remittance, financial services, and one stop business solution etc. ~ Manage clients’ objectives, scope of work, roadmap, budgets and communicate changes/directions to internal team. ~ Establish and institutionalize PMI standard project management methodology, tools, systems, frameworks and develop processes of different SDLC (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile) based on project nature. ~ Lead and implement service processes of the software as a Service (SaaS model) to ensure efficient services of the product. ~ Govern process change management, enforce process compliance across portfolio and projects, and participate in initiation and closure phases of the projects. ~ Handle large number of stakeholders from cross functional areas comprising around 40-50 people to implement the projects. ~ Perform vendor assessment, get vendors on-boards, and work with them to ensure implementation of projects within deadline. ~ Implement different standards ISO 9001, and PCI DSS within the organization.

•Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained•Report to senior management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement•Plan, co-ordinate & communicate quality internal audits as required•Analyze data like schedule variance, effort variance & defect density on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements of the QMS can be made.•Coordinate & conduct end user training programs
