With an extensive experience in the field of Development and Corporate Communication, Ms Sadia Gondal is Academician/Consultant/Edupreneur/Trainer focusing on interpersonal, professional, and leadership communication. In addition, she is a Senior Fellow at Higher Education Academy UK; Associate Member at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK; and Certified European Union Entrepreneurial Skills Development Coach. Currently, she is serving as Assistant Professor in Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at UET and has empowered 10+mentees in establishing start-ups with low resources, Development and Designing of Micro-Certification Courses, Curriculum Designing, CV/Resume Designing, Interview Preparation, Technical Writing; Digital Portfolios, Personal Branding, Prompt Designing, Public Speaking, Presentations' Design and Delivery, Pitch Decks, Ethical and Productive Use of GenAI Tools in Education. Her interactive training programs are result-oriented with key deliverables. As an international trainer and independent consultant, she has collaborated with International Training Centre Italy, University of Pennsylvania USA, Washington DECA, CASE Washington, Cambridge UK, University of Southampton UK, Newcastle University UK, QS Quacquarelli Symonds London, British Council USA, Saarland University Germany, University of Twente Netherlands, Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, Pakistan Air Force (PAF), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, LCWU, UCP, UMT, LUMS, and has empowered 10k+ individuals develop a professional persona of credibility, confidence, and charisma.With the current evolution in educational landscape with reference to Artificial Intelligence, she’s representing Pakistan at ‘EdSAFE AI Ally Fellowship USA 2024' for producing global guidelines and policy for AI Ethics, Responsibilty and Sustainability in Society. Moreover, she served at AI Experts' Panel as UNESCO Lead Rapporteur for AI in Education and was acknowledged as one of 30 AI Ambassadors for drafting "AI Educational and Ethical Report". As Coordination and Administration Lead for UNESCO-ICHEI, she is engaged with capacity-building initiatives and training programs for ‘Application of GenAI Tools for Educational Workforce’.
