Hi there!I'm Sadia Yasmin; a curious soul which was born and brought up at Chittagong, Bangladesh. I am currently studying my undergraduate degree (BSc) in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC). Through the courses of my bachelor degree, I can explore the microscopic world with a deep inner peace and can learn applications of biology in the technical way. Also I am a blogger, higher study abroad aspirants. I have interests in Antibiotic Resistance, Cancer Bioinformatics and Neuroscience Research field.Throughout my academic journey and professional experience as Science Journalists, I have developed a strong passion for addressing the challenges posed by antibiotic resistance. Foundation in Molecular Biology and reading various Research Article, science article, and reading books like 'The Perfect Predator' fueled my fascination with bacteriophages as potential therapeutic agents against multidrug-resistant bacteria. Additionally, my exposure to bioinformatics tools and methodologies has equipped me with the necessary skills to analyze large datasets and uncover novel insights into microbial communities and antibiotic resistance mechanisms. I love neurobiology, psychology, human behaviour and their interection so much. Different ted talks, science article and a real life problem helps me to grow my interests in those fields. In neurobiology, I specially interested in neurodegenerative disorders. I have always been fascinated by how individuals think, behave, and interact with each other. Scientists Emily Nagosky's ted talk has made me fall for psychology and human behaviour.I'm a hard working, determined and optimistic person. My biggest strength is my stickup mentality and aptitude. I like to take up challenges and always ready to accept both success and failure. I love to read books, watching movies, writing blogs, collaborating with new people, having quality talk, and making moments worthy and lively.Currently I'm working as a teacher at Babe Rahmat Girls Orphanage. Previously, I was a Community Volunteer and HR at Cancer Awareness Foundation of Bangladesh Chittagong Metropolitan Unit. I along with my some friends organize the team of 45 volunteers. We give community support to the cancer patients. We did an event on Cervical Cancer Awarness at CRB, Chittagong on 29 January.
