Worked along with the Centre Director in setting up brand new learning environment and pedagogical approach to learning.Used pedagogical approach to plan curriculum for children aged 14 months to 3 years old. Executed parent accompanied sessions that are centred around outdoor and exploratory play, as well as educating parents on the value of play for young children. Mentored new teachers to execute curriculum and embody the love for outdoors as facilitators of learning. Conducted workshops for parents and preschool teachers on using outdoor environment to support children’s development.

Founded Singapore's first outdoor reading & craft programme that aims to nurture the character of young children. Through meaningfully crafted sessions, children enjoy the process of discovering about the world, others and themselves. Set in the outdoors, we facilitate the learning of children- to gain a love for reading & nature, exercise mindfulness and build strong character altogether.
