I am a highly experienced leader in business and partnership development, lending, and sales.In 2006, I co-founded Commercial Capital Funding Corporation, a commercial and residential lending organization that focuses on customer success, vendor relationships, and broker partnerships. The business is successfully operating in three states and has a high-quality team of account executives and loan originators who have closed on 90%+ of all approved loans.My leadership style is straightforward: I provide my team with the tools to be successful and support their growth through mentorship and collaboration on goals. I have several employees who I hired when our business started who are still part of the organization and contributing to its success.My relationship management style is simple: I am empathetic and consultative to customers and partners. I listen to customers to understand their needs and I collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure processes align with business goals and growth strategies. My organization is considered an elite partner to many lenders due to our high quality of lasting relationships. I pride myself on being “real”. My ongoing learning is of utmost importance to me: I have received my real estate license and I am currently working on my Master of Finance degree. My negotiation skills have provided an incredible foundation for my success in working with brokers, customers, and other realtors and my mathematical skills have provided a solid base to support my ongoing education in finance.I am excited to focus on partnership development in the financial industry.
