As the Account Manager for KFC and Starbucks my responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs, clarify specific project requirements, and communicate progress expectations.-Developing detailed project plans to be shared with clients, project crew, and internal management.-Building a positive relationship with clients using exceptional communication skills.-Advocating for the client by tracking project performances and providing timely updates.-Ensuring the client gets a quality product, within budget, and on time.

While working as a Data Entry Clerk at Applicant Insight, I noticed workflow issues and began to fix them. As a result, my work morphed into a new position. Management offered me the authority to begin the following:-Handling and delegating daily workloads to the company's various departments.-Assign incoming client requests to appropriate internal departments.-Assist internal clients and/or departments with arising issues and/or research.-Auditing completed daily workloads.-Ensuring an easy flow to the Control Desk and satisfying internal department needs.-Created and continued to develop the SOP and subsequent training manual for this position.

-Planned lessons and instructed 20 full-time children in activities according to approved curriculum.-Promoted social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and development. -Established and maintained a safe and healthy learning environment.-Effectively communicated with and developed positive relationships with all family members.
