Hello! My name is Sadie Nelson, and I am a sophomore at the University of South Carolina, studying marketing and minoring in psychology at the Darla Moore School of Business. I am skilled in communication and creativity, as well as proficient in time management and team coordination.---I have experience competing and training in athletics at the D1 level, because I am a student-athlete on the beach volleyball team. I train 20+ a week to maintain physical skill and fitness, as well as working with teammates to push each-other to our maximum potential. ---This past summer I was also selected to be an a student’s assistant in a high-school and middle school ministry at my local church. Throughout this internship I organized events for 500+ students by communicating with local vendors, managing a budget, and creating a fun and interactive atmosphere.---I also am a selected leader for the organization Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where I help lead groups of students from five different college campuses within the area. I spend a lot of my time event planning, organizing information, and public speaking within this organizations. ---My passion for helping people allows me to better others and myself, and I look forward to bringing these skills into my future pursuits.
