I organized teams, scheduled meetings, created tasks, led projects, and portrayed several over crucial skills needed to thrive in a collaborative workspace. I was required to be proficient in software like Excel, Canva, Word, etc in order to serve in this position to the best of my abilities. I managed a budget of $5000 through an Excel financial planner that I created, using formulas to help keep track of all purchases and to plan accordingly. I designed three apparel items, budgeted, created the 300 item order list, organized sizes, handled invoices, and distributed said apparel items. I created 25 digital products, ranging from social media posts as well as advertisements using my literacy in Canva and other design software. I created six different ice-breaker/team bonding activities for six different stations that attendees would visit for the pre-recruitment event specifically. Each table was created in relation to the over-arching theme and required customized activities /decor.In all, I curated six events all ranging from three to four hours in length. At each of these events I spoke publicly through-out the entire event for an audience of 200+ people. Not included are the 5+ committee meetings I managed, organized and led. I applied, as well as included a detailed portfolio, and was elected to receive this position.
