As a member of the Digital Client Success team, my role revolves around ensuring the success of our clients' advertising campaigns across several of iHeartMedia’s core digital products: Audio (streaming, podcast, SmartAudio), Display & Video (streaming TV/OTT, targeted email, mobile location), and Social.I work closely with both clients and internal account executives to better understand marketing objectives and craft tailored strategies that maximize their return on investment. Specializations include overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital advertising flights from setup to execution, analyzing key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement while utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better results, and proactively addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign to ensure quick resolution and maintained client satisfaction.
