In my time of working at The New Worlds End, due to my previous experience, my strong communication and interpersonal skills contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for the guests. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service, whilst addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction, along with thriving in a fast-paced environment.During my time in the role, we have held many themed evenings, such as 80’s night, Halloween parties and many more. We have also held fundraising events; one of which was for the Mental Health Charity, Mind, where we raised over the course of three events (during one and half years) just over £9,000. Our next adventure, is now raising money for Andys Man Club (a local mental health charity based in Yorkshire.) Additionally, I assist with running the pubs social media account, where I inform those of upcoming events along with giving general updates of recent activities which assists in growing the group and support.

My organisational proficiency allowed me to effectively manage the reception area, including appointment scheduling, call handling and multitasking to meet the day-to-day requirements for the busy firm. Further into my time working at the business, I was advanced to Conveyancing Assistant, where I began training, where I began building strong connections with regular clients and other departments.
