Lead Copywriter
Current- As the lead copywriter for all marketing communications, I work with marketing designers and freelance writers to create email campaigns, landing page experiences, digital and social ads, and print work including everything from frisbee designs and postcards to stickers and brochures.- Develop and maintain a friendly, trusted, and distinct brand voice across all channels. Help train employees outside of the creative team to understand their role in brand.- Create documentation and train all incoming FT copywriters and contract writers on Rover's voice, tone, and processes.Previously:- I managed Rover's Help Center, producing over 150 informative and how-to articles. I maintained and continually improved this database as the website and app evolved.
