• Communication with buyer, costing and order collection. • Offering best price so that can meet Buyer’s Target as well as ensuring factory profit margin.• Ensure all sort of sampling. • Follow up with buyers for approval and feedback. • Negotiating prices with suppliers. • Completing all paperwork and necessary documentation. • Order entry in ERP system, do fabric booking, trims booking and budget. • Follow up fabric, accessories and production as well. • Follow-up with commercial on L/C issues, as required. • Follow up the Vendors/Supplier for BTB L/C, import material, etc. • Booking Special fabric to china and follow up with suppliers. • Handle all type of production issues.• Monitoring the order to ensure the shipment on time. • Coordinate with commercial for any export & import, shipment related issues. • Monitor & ensure total order from development to shipment.

• Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations• Costing, Development, Order conformation from buyer.• Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates.• Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.• Handle customer inquiries.• Monitor and check production status.• Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment on time.• Provide advice on design and samples to meet customer requirements.
