Job Profile: - Managing end to end Planning of Boys wear from 0 months to 16 yrs. which contributes to 26% of the total business with an annual turnover of AED.385 Mn.Key Responsibilities: -• Budget Management- Ensuring both the Top and Bottom-Line targets are met.• Managing the Weekly Sales, Stock and Future Intakes.• 365 Line Management- closely predicting true size ratios, at style level, by correcting for underbuying/overbuying in upcoming seasons, so that right size availability with appropriate qty across the stores for core lines.• Managing the Open to buy through proper forecasting at category level and Inventory Management.• Mark Down Management- Ensuring freshness levels are maintained throughout the season by Identifying and discarding highly discounted sales that distort true demand, clearing them through adequate promotions.• MIS Reports: Prepare the weekly sales reports for better understanding of Inventory Management.• Assist in discussing, deciding, & freezing the department/category merchandise strategic plans around the following factors like Sales, Stocks, OTB, Margins and adequate Forward Cover.• To determine the ideal assortment, mix and depth by analyzing past sales, revenue, discounts, size-cuts, stock-outs, and exposure.• Coordinating with Supply team to ensure the right products are present in the correct stores.Key Achievements: -• Instrumental in increasing the contribution from 5.5 % to 7.8 % through proper seasonal launches and mark down management.• Ensuring better size availability of 365 core lines across stores by better understating of size-store gap level which resulted in increasing the contribution from 17 % to 23 %.• Introduced entry Level price points in key categories like T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Active Pants through proper competitor bench marking which resulted in unit growth of 22 % YOY.

 Facilitating the entire procurement for the live projects of the organization. i.e. Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, King Fahad International Airport, GONOW vehicle & spare part procurement, London Taxi International vehicle & spare part procurement.  Forecasting and Structuring the EOQ in consultation with the concern dept.  Facilitating to the CEO and Operational Director of the organization. Liaisoning with vendors regarding the supplier offers. Coordinating the price comparison analysis, Product analysis for the customer and providing suitable alternatives to them. Restructuring both the internal and external mechanisms. Documenting reports for the future perusal of the organization. Ensuring records are maintained whilst managing the documents. Preparing LPO’s for the smoother local and overseas procurements. Implementing measures & performing the business activities accordingly. Providing weekly and fortnightly reports & submitting them before the CEO and Operational Director in order to keep the information updated.

 Maintaining the flow of goods to the duty free stores at United Nations approved military zones.  Facilitating assistance to the senior buyers and Supply Chain Manager of the organization. Liaisoning with vendors regarding the supplier offers. Coordinating the price comparison analysis, Product analysis for the customer segment in military zones and providing suitable alternatives to them. Restructuring both the internal and external mechanisms. Documenting reports for the future perusal of the organization. Ensuring records are maintained whilst managing the documents. Preparing LPO’s for the smoother local and International procurements. Implementing measures & performing the business activities accordingly. Providing weekly and fortnightly reports & submitting them before the supply chain manager in order to keep the information updated.

 Monitoring the operations of 35 retail outlet stores in 5 GCC countries,  Crosschecking the retailing activities for in house brands like Red Tag, Jamil fashion, Last Chance & Sana fashions as including 4 regional offices, 4 regional warehouses and one central distribution centre. Merchandise is reviewed in three dimensions,- Departments: Ladies, Gents, Boys, Girls, infants etc.- Sub-departments: Accessories, Bottoms, Basics, Footwear, Comforters etc.- Categories: Casual Blouse, Bra, Brief, T-shirt, Jeans, Formal shirts etc. Formulating Monthly Fashion & Non Fashion Merchandise plan so as to enable optimum buying across the categories & allocating the same to the stores (Distribution) by monitoring the excess & stock out situations. Initiating the Open to buy Analysis. Finalising the stock derivation (Month wise & category wise) with No. of days calculation of the same Distributing the Fashion & Non Fashion merchandise across 5 Gulf Countries within 30 Retail Shop. Restructuring the policies and procedures at 44 locations in 5 GCC countries. Deploying ERP system with the help of the team (During ERP Implementation Phase) & revamping the process for merchandise procurement & distribution, having BIT (Business Intelligence Tool) as Cognos.
