This means that now, in my senior leadership positions, I have a profound understanding of how to deliver stellar sales performance at the level of personal motivation, as well as overarching account strategies.Having managed a large salesforce for a number of years now, I can demonstrate an exceptional track-record, with the different account currently achieving beyond its already ambitious target, largely a function of the effort made to build and sustain a high-performing team . Against the trend in the industry, my team has a staff attrition rate of below 1% thanks to ongoing efforts to ensure that the team is motivated, trained and equipped to achieve, and are, as a result, achieving their own personal goals. I design incentives around a really detailed knowledge of my people, and this is a key part of our success. In addition, I oversee targeted training and coaching initiatives, not just for people struggling with their performance but at least as much to ensure that our high-performers continue to feel stretched and challenged.
