As a firm believer of coaching and learning, I love to share what I've been fortunate enough to learn myself. Hence, as a part time Academic Facilitator at King's College, I share my knowledge on various aspects of human resource management and organizational development with the students of BBA specializing in HR.

I worked as a placement consultant on a contract basis for the period of 2 months where I was responsible for assisting in organizing virtual job fair, training students on resume writing, job interview preparation, networking and employability skills. Apart from that, my major responsibility included partnering with employers to provide employment opportunities to our students. I had successfully partnered with 100+ employers within a period of four weeks for the placement purposes.
