* Account payable Part: Receive and process invoices/bills from suppliers/vendors.  Review invoices/bills to their LPO and/or contract. Maintain payables schedule on monthly basis. Ensuring timely billing to clients and fund companies. Ensure proper validation of charges and accuracy of amounts billed by suppliers. Timely settlement of invoices and utilizing the credit period. Follow up and ensure settlement by staff of their personal charges. Obtain Proper approvals in order to proceed payments. Prepare checks and/or transfer instructions. Post and file FTs in a proper systematic manner Arrange delivering checks and payments to the creditors and authorized collectors. Ensure the safety of keeping Bank Check Books and others documents.* Reporting Part: Processing & sending the DailyBalance sheet. Processing & sending the Islamic DailyBalance sheet. Processing & monitoring the large accounts. *other Responsiblites :  The responsible for the Archive for the department. Support the other staff with their Responsibilities.  Delivering the BMA reports. The responsible for the department's stationery
