Taking quotations and rates from the telephonic calls and by searching market.Purchasing of general and engineering items and also all sewing spare parts.Having a broad experience in recognizing the different items of machinery parts.

Making Summary of purchasing items against cash on daily basis.Receiving the bills from purchaser and having them invert form the gate inward.Making daily purchasing report of the bills and submitting them in to store for the Goods Receiving Notes (GRN).Receiving bills back from the store and making sure that GRN is made for every bill.Working on ERP based software and feeding the rates into the software which are taken by the purchaser.Making the bill statements of the GRN and submitting it to the audit for rate inquiry.To received the bill statements and submitting it to accounts for the adjustment of ledger.Making General Ledger and making record of vouchers and bills statements adjusted against vouchers.
