As a Company Recruiter for department, responsible for Handling end to end recruitment life cycle, Sourcing and screening potential candidates’ profile from various job portals Scheduling interviews of shortlisted profiles, Detailed analysis of Job Description, Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up till joining. Coordinating with all departments and section heads to identify recruitment and manpower needs.•Filling the organization manpower by suitable domestic and aboard candidates.•Communicating with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, etc to fulfill the recruitment needs.•Make sure to implement the recruitment process including preparation of offers, allotting visas and make contracts for candidates recruited in Al Rashed Food.•Provide high volume full-cycle recruitment practices with responsibility for over 150 open positions with multiple departments and hiring managers.•Post positions in newspaper advertisements and Internet sources like Bayt , Monster Gulf , Gulf Talent and Naukri gulf •Use social and professional networking sites like Linked In , Facebook to identify and source candidates. •Coordinate with local and overseas recruitment agencies to fill the openings.•Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications and summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.•Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.•Interview candidates and provide feedback to both HR Manager and Line Manager.•Head Hunting for senior & managerial positions.•Forwards collected CVs to the concerned departmental heads for evaluation and interviews.•Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.•Provide detailed information to the candidates regarding the benefits and compensation plans•Follow up with candidates throughout recruiting process, including offer, negotiations, relocation, contract signing.
