A network officer, I support a multi-cadre health facilities in the SHOPS Plus TB program.Area 1: Contractual Agreements•Facilitate the development and entering into of a memorandum of understanding between SFH and the PHP within the network.•I initiate and follow through all contractual agreements important for the project’s successArea 2: Case Management•Improve Quality of service provision by network providers through mentoring/coaching, assess the case management of clients/patients attending network facilities according to the established quality-monitoring schedule for the project. Area 3: Ensuring monthly network meetings are held by all network members•Organize regular meetings and dialogues by all network stakeholders and follow through on all emerging action points after all meetings.Area 4: Detailing and Commodity Management•Commodities Distribution - Ensuring all network providers have adequate commodities (Check provider stock levels and ensure that they have commodities at all times during the project); monitor commodity storage, quality, and use. Area 5: Monitoring and Evaluations•Data collation and reporting - Producing and feeding the monitoring database with the information collected during the visits to network facilities (Promptly input and upload data to MIS database).•Taking all the geo coordinate of facilities and mentoring provider on how to use the goggle sheet.Area 6: Documentation•Write monthly / quarterly report highlighting network provider activities, commodity stock levels, detailing activities, as well as data entry and database issues
