1. Active role in assisting finance, technical & sales managers in all their financial activities, Overseas consignments, Insurance (Construction Equipments – Plant & Machinery), Employee Medical Insurance, Preparing Sales Quotations, Purchase Orders, Technical Mix Designs and daily general client & supplier correspondence.2. To decide items, their quantity, mode of procurement, their buying price through inventory management.3. Prepare budget for the department with the help of team leader which would support all the activities required to achieve targets/goals future activities and ensure smooth functioning of department.4. To monitor account Receivables and Payables.5. Analyse and Identify market segments and targets.6. Assist HR in all its activities viz-recruitment, leave, organize interviews, training meetings, travel etc.,7. Generate New Leads.8. Control documents relevant to Finance, Technical, Sales & Management.9. Answering telephone, fax transmissions & distributions.10. Compile list of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from advertising inquiries, direct mail responses, business directories, web-site response forms and other sources.11. Represent company in various associations and organization.12. Coordinating with our other offices and associates with our requirements as well their requirements.13. Coordination and follow-up with domestic and overseas suppliers about their product pricing, availability, shipping documentation and procuring spares.14. Monitor competitive activity and trends within the industry.15. Track for tender notices, organize documents for submission.16. Determine priority and effort given to each account based on sales potential and sales maintenance.17. Constant follow-up with the client for mentoring and upgrades.18. Report to finance, technical & marketing manager.19. Work as per ISO:9001:2008 standard procedures.
