During this time, I managed the entire project life cycle, from appropriation request to BOQ, implementation, closure, and post-analysis. Additionally, I supervised asset protection, facility maintenance, and housekeeping to uphold standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and safety. I oversaw external vendors to ensure timely maintenance of buildings and equipment, maintaining effectiveness and facility standards. I collaborated with the solutions team to evaluate the financial feasibility of Contract Logistics Projects and business RFAs.
