Oversees production of Chiller, Freezer, Prover, Hot banquet, Laundry Machines and other Commercial Equipments,ensuring quality and efficiency. Manages the maintenance and repair of all production Equipments, coordinating withtechnicians and purchasing necessary parts and supplies. Analyzes production data and implements improvements.Oversees the financial aspects of the production department, including budgeting, cost control, and procurement.
