27 years’ experience in development sector in the field of health, nutrition, livelihoods, disaster risk reduction (DRR), child protection, human trafficking, adult education, child education, emergency response and rehabilitation including Rohingya Refugee crisis, climate change adaptation, WASH, capacity building, and protection of extreme poor and socially excluded communities. Have sound knowledge and skills in project management including project development, design, planning, monitoring & evaluation, staff management, financial management and reporting and documentation. Also have skills in inclusion of gender, disability, protection and governance issues into projects. Have extensive experience in fund management including development of concept notes, proposal, budgets and fund-raising. Have strong training management skills including training need assessment (TNA), training facilitation, development of training modules and SBCC materials and experience in negotiation, advocacy and lobbying with different stakeholders at different levels. Closely worked with the youth and adolescents, PLW, <2 children, LGBTI, national and international volunteers, disaster vulnerable women, indigenous communities, char dwellers, and coastal communities of Bangladesh. I have volunteering experience in Nepal, Thailand and India. Furthermore, I have full respect for other culture, have strong communication and leadership skills, well acquitted with development disclosure and government structures in Bangladesh, have ability to work under pressure and meet the datelines. Have sound knowledge on team building and have strong sense partnership management and networking. I have technical expertise on nutritional anthropometrics measurement, SAM management, IYCF, MNP, CMAM, C-IMCI, MNP supplementation and family planning approach and work without supervision.
