J. Thomas Sadler brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in sales, compliance and management. As CCO at San Blas Securities, he ensures that the company complies with regulatory requirements relating to financial information, reporting, disclosure requirements and internal control over financial reporting. He serves as the main liaison between the firm and FINRA, the SEC and State regulatory boards. Sadler entered the securities industry in 1995 as a stockbroker with a boutique New York Firm, where he quickly climbed the ranks of their top producing brokers. He was a founding member of Morgan Wilshire Securities in 1998 and helped establish and train their salesforce. He moved on to Vanguard Capital in 2002 where he was a principal/broker of an independent branch. In 2006 he partnered with Alex McKenzie to open IFS Securities, an independent broker/dealer, where he served as CCO and VP. He maintains Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 63, 65 and 99 licenses.
