Managed the site and divisional safety, environmental and radiation compliance programs for the new company office located in Tewksbury MA. Assisted the merger process from L3Harris into Leidos during the transition period.

Site EHS Specialist for L3Harris, Security & Detection Systems, Inc. that manufactures and installs screening equipment for airport security, baggage screening and air cargo. Currently managing all aspects of staff safety, environmental and radiation safety programs for cabinet x-ray systems, linear accelerators (LINAC) and Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) systems. - Responsible for field service training and safety / environmental program implementation at over 75 field service locations and office locations in Tewksbury and Haverhill MA offices - Responsible for management of ISO 14001 : 2015 audit programs at the Tewksbury, MA facility; - Primary Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for all x-ray testing and development activities, including use of accelerators, cabinet x-ray systems and radioactive sources in Massachusetts; - Work directly with Segment and corporate HQ management with L3Harris on health and safety initiatives to drive reduction of injuries and sustainability; - Focused efforts on safety training development and radiation protection for staff. Responsible for state, local and federal compliance reporting for Division including annual EPA reports, CDRH radiation reports and labor reports; - Past Coordinator of all 6S Lean Six Sigma programs at L3Harris Tewksbury offices.

Responsible for day to day environmental programs and initiatives at Hooksett NH facility including wastewater treatment, hazardous waste, air inventory programs, industrial hygiene and EPA stormwater & SPCC compliance. Supervised 4 full-time hazardous treatment plant operators and 1 hazardous waste consultant at the 800 employee facility. Assisted with development of the active Environmental Health & Safety Program at the GE Aviation facility.

Responsible for all of the organization's health, safety, environmental and hazardous material programs at Thermo Fisher's manufacturing facilities in Portsmouth NH. Managed the Site Safety & Environmental committees, return to work programs, corporate training programs, and environmental cost savings projects (PPI/LEAN). Developed company training programs on safety and environmental topics such as blood born pathogens, lockout tagout, electrical safety and general environmental training.

Conducted Phase I and II environmental site assessments, exploratory geologic drilling, and well reporting for petroleum / industrial clients in Northern New England.
