Daily follow up & weekly adjust production advance/behind for line continuity.4. Weekly follow up shipment schedule with production & confirm to buyer.5. Conduct loading meeting with production,IE,technical team & finalize next month plan.6. Ensure budget to load & fillup open capacity through booking of maximum loading for next 3 months with highest efficiency maintaining chasis based plan.7. Load orders on Darwin HPT Planning tool & follow up production using SAP software.8. Have practical knowledge about fast react system.9. Followup & collect advance shippable PO's to reduce FG stock & increase sales.10. Followup future plan to reduce stop & starts of similar style to maintain maximum style continuity for reducing QCO time.11. Conduct meeting with mechanical & technical team once in a month to reduce additional machine purchase & to run the plan smoothly.12. Follow up & meet budget to load & circulate monthly freeze plan.13. Analysis & prepare monthly sales based on budget.
