My role was to support crop marketing teams in creation and delivery of Integrated Crop Solutions in area of finance and compliance. My main task was to launch multiple offers across countries in Europe with limited resources. As a result two commercial offers were rolled into six countries in one season, hitting sales of aprox. 40 mio USD. Internal audit confirmed validity of design. My key responsibilities was to provide guidance on definition of business requirements for reporting tool, connecting with regional and country teams to verify requirements and generate necessary buy in then test delivered software. Prepare and deliver rollout. I Implemented automated reporting cockpit for Sales and Operational Planning. This was first automated performance reporting tool in Syngenta. Automation improved data quality and saved literally hundreds of man hours across the region.

My responsibilities include streamlining and design key financial processes like pricing, credit management, reporting, rebates policy and forecasting. I was responsible to design and roll-out such processes in East European organisations.

They also require benefits for cash payments. Involved credit manager to create financial analysis of distributors and dressed it into consultancy program. Introduced toolkit for Key Accounts to advice Distributors how to get best discounts in frame of Syngenta commercial policy. • Cash collection speeded up by 10% each year and AR level decreased from 80 to 60% of sales on average. • Polish finance department was shortly recognized as one of the best in Syngenta Poland and region EMEA.
