Controlling 4 pasta line pavan 6MT, 3MT & 1.5MT per hour 2 short pasta line &1MT per hour Nest pasta line having single extruder and fava 1MT per hour long pasta line having 2 extruder. - Controlling all essential external units boiler, chiller, compressor, vacuum pump, water feeding pump, water circulation pump, water heater, water filter, flour silo loading & unloading equipment. - Controlling mixer, press,pre-dryer, dryer,cooler and finished good storage silo through control panels and computer terminals. - Monitoring, recording the stock of raw material and transferring from mill to silos and silo to production line.- Ensure that the process line are maintained to required Hygiene levels as per GMP and HACCP.- To set specific die and select recipes for different types of pasta. - To run the production line are as per SOP, under the instructions of planing team regarding production targets. - To maintain all necessary documents in proper oracle software format. - strive to minimize the breakdown. - To keep check on the line and update with TPM department.- Maintaining wastage records, recycling and consuming in different recipes. - Monitoring production specification and adjustment to process variables such as ingredient inputs, flow rates,temperature and humidity settings in order to achieve schedule goal for each product with proper moisture and good appearance.
