CurrentI am a multi-skilled IT Manager with nineteen years experience in the field of Information Technology (IT). These years have furnished me with extensive knowledge and expertise on Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), hardware and software. I possess the ability to function within a customer focused as well as a multi-site environment. This then allows me to maintain the delivery of IT services and technology projects while meeting the employer’s expectations. As IT Manager, I am adept at translating high level and detailed design documentation into server considerations.My all-round aptitude to handle multiple projects has equipped me with the ability to work amidst immense pressure, as is one of the demands of a job in this field. Delivery of solutions is greatly guided by deadlines, timelines agreed and employer satisfaction. My ability to provide guidance and round the clock consultancy, allows for full time support to the specific employer. The overall aim is to minimise the project costs as much as possible, yet deliver the best solution. By the detailed identification of the clients’ needs prior to the commencement of the job I translate into appropriate technical solutions, which is what I provide in all situations. Through my work ethics, I stand for responsibility, integrity and hard work. I enjoy working to the best of my ability, producing results to match. I use innovation to improve services and cut down on wasted time. I strive to work smarter instead of harder and believe in putting the clients first whilst always working within the business objectives and budgets of the IT department at the same time.
