Responsibilities:• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.• Manage and administer servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.• Monitor server and hosting infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.• Ensure company networks and workstations are protected against viruses, worms and other malicious objects by Implementing and maintaining security measures for hosting environments, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and regular security audits.• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.• Provide orientation to new users on the existing IT systems. • Maintain email accounts including opening new accounts, resetting passwords, and troubleshooting and closing accounts.• Maintain an updated inventory of all IT equipment, software and licenses. • Maintenance and administration of Active Directory and group policies.
