➢ Delivering high standards of Counselling to Children and Families in Detention➢ Use of CBT and Mindfulness based intervention techniques and other counselling approaches➢ Torture and Trauma, Grief Counselling➢ Provide Mental Screening Examinations➢ Provide assessments and casework services including support and referrals to other providers➢ Conduct Group Educational session on topics such as Parenting, Quit Smoking, Women Empowerment, Health Promotion and Mindfulness➢ Provide accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records➢ Participation in scheduled team meetings, with the multidisciplinary team as well as stakeholders➢ Undertake any other duties as determined by the team leader

Key Responsibilities:• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental illness and psychological distress within the context of the marriage and family systems• Counseling services in different areas including premarital counseling, relationship counseling, child counseling, and sexual abuse • Conducting psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and families• Developing treatment plans• Helping clients develop new interpersonal communication skills• Collecting information about clients through self-report inventories, interviews, observations, discussions, and formal assessments

Master'S Degree, Career And Developmental Counselling

Bachelor'S Degree, Psychology
