Primary responsible for carrying out the strategic plan through overseeing operations, developing functional roles and assigning responsibilities to employees who report to their senior management ensuring that the senior managers are playing their great role in assisting in growth and development of 1000+ employees of Farnek in Abu Dhabi area that meets or exceeds projections, and participating in the internal management of the company. Guiding staff development by identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately and motivating project staff to provide outstanding client service. Specialize in a specific business improvement needs for training, policy, positioning and proficient in all aspects of the business and lead managers in their assigned accounts as needed regardless of client’s needs. Provides strategic direction that leads to organization's market growth.

1. Participate in and provide strategic planning that aligns with Company goals and objectives. 2. Plan and direct comprehensive programs for the repair and maintenance (R&M).3. Provide direction as needed to prioritize, track and evaluate projects and requests. Maintain an effective system to monitor work orders, status updates, and completion maintenance requests on time. 4. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project teams, analyze results, troubleshoot problem areas, and provide summary status reports to clients as required. 5. Responsible for the department budget, preparation of forecasting and control of costs, to include, but not limited to, labor, R&M, and equipment purchasing expenses, etc. 6. Responsible to monitor and analyze controllable expenditures for overall branch operation and ensure direct reports monitor individual budgets. 7. Identify, evaluate and implement cost-effective operations standards and streamlined processes. Conduct post project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, and direct improvements for the operations. 8. Develop and oversee an effective preventative maintenance system for all the clients. 9. Establish, implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs and work order follow-up; ensure continuous quality improvement Coordinate the bidding, renewal, and evaluation of facilities contracts and special projects. Participate in negotiations with vendors as necessary. 10. Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state and local laws and ordinances pertaining to facilities, but not limited to health and safety, utilities, etc. Work with local vendors as needed to support the operations. 11. Direct branch office staffs to ensure efficient and effective performance at their best12. Keep abreast of new developments and advancements within the field of maintenance by participating in continued self-development opportunities.
