15 years of work experience started in 2008, I have gained multiple skills and talents on many aspects; 1- Engineer technical support day-to-day operation 2- well known and good experience in ITSM life-cycle inside the organization. Worked on multiple ticketing systems (HPSM Ver 4.0, ServiceNow, HPSM Ver7.1 )3- Leadership & supervision skills, for the last 5 years I was covering my manager during his absence to leading the IT Service Desk team (10 staff members). I was delegated the responsibility of supervising the team on day-to-day operations and make sure no impacts on the workflows. Sending daily reports to high management related to daily tickets, provide recommendations and solutions for current issues. Summarized and send updated/new process workflow to team to be align with the vision of IT department and organization. 4- Testing and recommendations, I was engaged and sometime supervised the testing process with the team to provide technical recommendations for new technology tools, software and hardware to higher IT management. 5- Ability to take technical decisions and actions on urgent technical cases required quick fixing in daily operations, then send recommendations to higher management to approve solutions for future cases. 6- Upgrades/updates with other Units and in line with the service management process. Respond and take necessary actions to major incidents with large impact to SIDRA Medicine computerized systems. 7- Conduct studies and advise for new technologies and solutions that can be applied in the organization to enhance the work and provide effective and high quality technical support standards. 8- Develop and maintain formal Workflow procedures, policies, and processes for consistency and increased productivity.9- Train and guidance the new or reassigned IT engineers to ensure right knowledge transfer. 10- Create IT manuals for current or new software’s and technology tools used within the organization for end-users. 11- Continuous education on latest technologies related to technology information.12- Learn and understand the mechanism of social media platforms.
