I use a variety of sourcing methods and tools, such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking, to build a strong pipeline of candidates. I evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, and cultivate and maintain relationships with them throughout the hiring process. I also respect candidate privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.I have a passion for connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities, and I strive to provide an excellent candidate experience. My education background includes a BBA in Human Resources Management and Services from AL Ain University of Science and Technology, and a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Roz Zeeland college, which gives me an edge in understanding the technical and business aspects of the roles I source for.
