Farda Industrial Group's planning and programming unit carries out its organizational responsibilities with 5 managers, responsible for project management, supply chain management, system and methods management, strategy management and CRM management. Fortunately, during the period in which I worked in this unit with the responsibility of supply chain manager, based on the good performances of responsibilities and also the related work records that I had in my resume, I was selected as the vice Deputy Director of Planning and Programming through a decision. I was responsible for all the units under the planning and programming. Also, considering the pivotal role of the planning and programming unit in formulating strategies and coordinating organizational units to achieve goals, relying on 3 control arms (project control management, supply chain Management, and system and strategy management) to develop a business plan - Based on the policy and considerations of the senior management - and the annual discovery related to the business plan is in my responsibilities. In this regard, I am responsible for holding periodic or extraordinary meetings and following up on the approvals of the liquidity meeting.

I am responsible for the accurate performance of duties and responsibilities in all parts of the internal and external supply chain until the delivery of the car. "Duration of operations and costs" of the supply unit is monitored from ordering to clearance and then in the production ring and finally in the sale ring and delivery in the supply chain unit. The control of the time spent in the supply chain is directly related to the control of cash flow and the allocation of income to expenses. The prioritization of actions and the allocation of resources in partnership with the CEO and committee members is one of my most important responsibilities in the supply chain. Finally, reducing organization costs and increasing profitability is the most important expectation from the supply chain manager.

We have defined processes for all of the organization departments in the teamwork activities. On the other hand we’ve established Management system to be system based organization instead of personal based organization. Also we have launched BPMS for increasing controls on the process.Furthermore we audit activities which execute in the organization to ensure strategies and duties run well in short term such as monthly

we have defined at least 5 duties in planning Department. (1) Making the budget documents on process which has started from (2) forecasting based on marketing research and organization history and ... . On the other hand (3) we are responsible for supply chain management and (4) inventory control which involved optimum inventory amount, transactions and others. Also we (5) provide information Packs for different levels of organization.Furthermore there can be wide rang of variety concerns which need implementing other practical approaches.
