To compile data for implementing and updating the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology to Enhance Plant Integrity and Reliability in order to optimize inspection frequencies, maintenance Cost and Plant Availability. Responsible to give Special attention to the loading arms of the Terminal and Cryogenic Service Tanks and inspect annually.
