This included designing and implementing a robust data center, creating and managing LAN and WAN networks, and providing comprehensive IT support to branches, headquarters, and the data center. Additionally, I made significant contributions to the Business Intelligence (BI) team by leveraging data analysis and credit scoring techniques.Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to the tourism industry as an IT Manager, where I led the complete transformation of a paper-based company into a fully digital enterprise.
