Responsibilities:1. Support and Fault Rectification:• Handle day-to-day problems escalated by customers for Service Data Point (SDP), Voucher Server (NG VS), Account Information and Refill (AIR), MINSAT, EMM, Charging Control Node (CCN), and Charging Control Node (OCC) on the Ooredoo Oman Network.• Manage patches, upgrades, tariff adjustments, and coordinate with Ericsson Support.2. Operation, Maintenance, and Technical Support:• Maintain and provide technical support for CS nodes• Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze faults related to CS.• Administer subscribers, manage traffic, and resolve complaints.• Perform backups and provisioning.4. Monitoring and KPIs:• Monitor statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for CS nodes.• Regularly track AIR, SDP, and IVR statistics.• Manage tariffs related to SDPs and charging.5. Coordination and Issue Resolution:• Collaborate with CS and PS Core, IT, VAS, Billing, IPMPBN, and Customer Care teams.• Resolve different CDR (Call Detail Record) issues.• Coordinate with the CS support team.6. Health Checks and Feature Implementation:• Perform daily health checks on CS nodes using manual commands and scripts.• Implement CS 16 features and conduct acceptance testing with customers.7. Configuration Management and Migration:• Manage configuration across multiple SDP environments.• Handle subscriber load balancing and migration.• Administer IN (Intelligent Network) components.
